
ZEISS Remote Support Agreements give you direct access to expert technicians, regular software updates, and remote diagnostics. Choose the level of support that fits your needs, with clear terms, defined hours, and seamless renewals.

Option 1: Small Pre-paid Remote Service Agreement
- Includes software license for remote software and up to 20 hours remote support per year.
- In case the 20 hours are reached, you will get a notification.
- Additional online time will be charged with an hourly rate of $235 / hour.
- Includes software updates and upgrades as far as available and suitable for your hardware.
- Will be opened for one calendar year and will be automatically extended for another calendar year if not terminated 30 days prior to expiry.
Prices:
Remote Service for optic-mechanic projectors or for digital systems or for combined systems: $3500 / calendar year net.

Option 2: Large Pre-paid Remote Service Agreement
- Includes software license for remote software and up to 40 hours remote support per year.
- In case the 40 hours are reached, you will get a notification.
- Additional online time will be charged with an hourly rate of $235 / hour.
- Includes software updates and upgrades as far as available and suitable for your hardware.
- Will be opened for one calendar year and will be automatically extended for another calendar year if not terminated 30 days prior to expiry.
Prices:
Remote Service for optic-mechanic projectors or for digital systems or for combined systems: $6300 / calendar year net.

Option 3: Remote Support on Demand – Basic agreement
Costs for software licenses will be invoiced in the first quarter of every calendar year. Accounting will be done at the end of each quarter (summation of minutes and rounding up or down).
Prices:
- Software license: $490 / calendar year net.
- Remote Support Hourly Rate: $235 / hour net.
Other fun details:
The remote service allows ZEISS technicians to access your planetarium system and perform diagnostics. Remote service packages renew automatically. Clients can use remote support time for training purposes.
